Orders typically take 1-4 business days to complete. We offer rush processing & shipping to accommodate inconvenient occasions (birth, death, procrastinators, etc.) To get rush processing & shipping, please purchase USPS Priority or Express Sipping option at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders(US)

Standard shipping within the continental US is through USPS. We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class on all continental United Stated orders over $50.

International Orders

We ship to various countries. Please not that transit/shipping times can vary greatly. Packages are typically shipped within to 7-14 days, but can be held up at Customs, sometimes up to 4-6 weeks. Please be aware of this risk. Unfortunately, Jewelry hills has no control over transit times as the custom process varies from Country to Country.

Note: All import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination Country are the responsibility of the Purchaser/Customer and will not be covered by Jewelry hills. Please check with local customs prior to ordering.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via an after purchase email from Jewelry hills. For an update on your order status, you can visit the USPS Tracking Site and enter your tracking number provided to you in the Confirmation Email.

RETURNS POLICY

Because a majority of jewelry hills pieces are hand-made, specifically made for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces at this time. We are able to offer returns and exchanges for unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days. If your piece has signs of wear, it is up to the discretion of Jewelry hills whether we can accept the return.
